BOOKING POLICY

My Professor Booking Policy

Your tutorial booking is very important to us and we aim to ensure that all clients who need a tutorial can book one with us. Tutorials are a finite resource and therefore, in order to make sure that access is fair to all, the following booking conditions apply:

  • tutorials may only be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

  • Tutorials cannot be booked within two working days of the tutorial.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your tutorial, we request a minimum of two working days’ notice. If you cancel or request to reschedule within two working days of your booking, fees will apply (please see cancellation and rescheduling policy below).

Short Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made two days or more in advance of the tutorial date will receive a 100% refund.  Cancellations made within two working days of the tutorial date will not receive a refund.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the tutorial is cancelled less than two working days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses a tutorial without cancelling. In either case, no refund will be given.
Late attendance

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your tutorial, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, your tutorial will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. You will of course be able to make a new booking if you require one, but this must be paid for in full.

Rescheduling Policy

We know that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule tutorials due to unavoidable circumstances. However, in order to ensure that clients have access to the tutorial spaces they need, we politely ask that you try, wherever possible, to request your rescheduling two working days in advance of your booking. If you request a rescheduled appointment within two working days a 50% administration fee will be incurred.
